These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and amavi88 ("amavi88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the amavi88 website accessible at amavi88.cam and all associated services, features, games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through the platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on amavi88. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

5.2 KYC Documentation

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. amavi88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify amavi88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

amavi88 accepts deposits through the following payment channels available to Malaysian players:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum deposit RM10, credited instantly.
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow — minimum deposit RM10, credited instantly upon bank confirmation.
• FPX Bank Transfer: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and all major Malaysian banks — minimum deposit RM30, credited within 5–15 minutes.

All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to a Player's account wallet, except in circumstances where amavi88 is required to return funds by applicable law or licensing obligations. Currency conversion fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full: the Player's account must be KYC-verified; all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must have been satisfied; the withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily and weekly limits; and the account must be in good standing with no open disputes, pending investigations, or compliance holds.

7.3 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• All bonus credits are subject to awagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20× means aRM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers).

In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in relation to account, payment, and general conduct matters.

The outcome of all automated games on amavi88 is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. RNG certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the Platform or by Players.

Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of real-world events as recognised by amavi88's official data providers. 9.1 RTP Information

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the amavi88 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any game, software component, or API associated with the platform.
• Accessing the platform through VPN, proxy, or similar anonymisation technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account suspension.
• Any conduct that constitutes harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at amavi88 staff, support agents, or other Players.

amavi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A chargebacks, payment dispute, or reversal initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Identification of the Player on a problem gambling registry or receipt of a court order or regulatory directive requiring account restriction.
• Determination that the Player is accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting amavi88 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements. Bonus credits and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

• Adverse consequences arising from a Player's decision to gamble in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited under local law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

All content, materials, branding, design elements, software, game assets, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the amavi88 platform are the exclusive property of amavi88 or its licensed content providers and game studios. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, resale, or any other commercial exploitation of platform content without the express written consent of amavi88.
